A stain on a ceiling, a damp patch, an unexplained water bill — we track the source of a leak methodically rather than pulling up half your floor. Once we've found it, the pipework is repaired or replaced cleanly. Burst Pipe Repair
A burst pipe is one of the few genuine plumbing emergencies. We get the supply isolated to stop the flood, then repair or renew the failed section properly. Because we're Water Regs UK certificated (formerly WRAS), the repair meets the requirements for work on your water supply, not just a temporary patch.

Water Softening & Conditioning
The Thames Valley sits on hard, chalky water that furs up pipework, kettles, showers and boilers with limescale. As hard-water specialists we advise on, supply and install water softeners and conditioners so your appliances last longer and your water runs cleaner. Being Thames Water approved, we know exactly what's coming out of the local supply.

Drain & Waste Unblocking

Unvented Cylinder & Heat Pump Servicing
Unvented hot-water cylinders — Megaflow, Gledhill, Vaillant and similar — must legally be serviced by a G3-qualified engineer, which we are. We service and maintain unvented systems, immersion heaters, water tanks, central heating and radiators (including power flushing), and both air-source and ground-source heat pumps.
